James Stacey

James Stacey graduated from Brookes in 2001 and joined the OBREMS Committee in 2018.
James started out his career at King Sturge where he joined the graduate training scheme and ended up working in the City of London Investment Team. In 2006, he moved out to New York, USA where he worked for The Situs Companies advising CMBS, Workout and Restructuring projects. In 2011, he moved back to the UK to join a newly formed UK business at PGIM Real Estate where he is now an Executive Director in the Transaction Team.
He became the Chairman of OBREMS in March 2020 and is aiming to build on the success of his predecessor by continuing to increase membership, support the successful graduate mentoring scheme and raise monies for graduate bursaries and charitable causes. Of particular interest to James is to highlight diversity and inclusion within OBREMS, to ensure that the Alumni and Oxford Brookes seek to find the best talent and continue producing the best students within the industry.
Andrew Hynard

Andrew Hynard is the former Chief Executive of The Howard de Walden Estate, which he joined in October 2016. Prior to this, he spent the majority of his career at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he was UK Deputy Chairman.
He is a former Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, and currently chairs the RICS Commercial Property Forum. He is on the advisory board of Clipstone and the Tim Henman Foundation and a Trustee of University College of Estate Management, The Story of Christmas and Tenterden and District Day Centre.
